Curt Stalder of Lee & Associates-Newport Beach recently closed escrow on the sale of 2 industrial buildings in Huntington Beach. 

Both properties were approximately 12,000 square feet each and were purchased by the same individual, Robert Maniaci who was completing a 1031 tax deferred exchange. 

Mr. Stalder represented the sellers of the properties located at 15882-15906 Manufacture Lane and 17771 Sampson Lane.
