Newport Beach, CA – A Carl’s Jr anchored retail center totaling 13,384 square feet on approximately 1.185 acres at 3931-3971 Artesia Blvd in the city of Torrance has been sold. The Seller was Makena Great America Company, LLC and the Buyer was Artesia Commons, LLC.  Ken Gould and Brian Barson of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach represented the buyer in the $7,900,000 sale that closed July 18, 2016.
