Newport Beach, CA – The 4.8-acre site and dealership buildings at 16555 Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach has been sold.  The buyer was Piland Properties II LLC and the seller was the Howard L. Abel Family Trust.  The buyer had been the tenant of the property under a long term lease.  Mike Abel of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach represented the seller and Jeff DeSano, Tim Bower and Scott Young of CBRE represented the buyer in the $17,000,000 sale that closed August 16, 2016.
