Newport Beach, CA – The 6,000-square foot retail building at 2800 W. Coast Highway in Newport Beach has been sold.  The seller was the Una Susan Kobrin Trust and the buyer was the Howard L. Abel Family Trust.  Mike Abel of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach represented buyer and Al Wagner of Preferred Properties of California represented the seller in the $4,600,000 transaction that closed October 21, 2016.  The property’s tenant, CP Restaurant and Lounge, will remain in the property.
