Newport Beach, CA – The 55,474-square foot office building at 1063 McGaw Avenue in Irvine has been sold.  The buyer was Easter Seals Southern California, Inc. and the seller was CRPF II McGaw, LLC. Tim Arguello of Lee & Associates Newport Beach represented the buyer and Scott Read of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller in the $14,500,000 transaction that closed November 4, 2016.
