been sold. The seller was Outlook
Resources, Inc. and the buyer was East Sunrise Investment, LLC. Kevin Quick of Lee & Associates – Newport
Beach represented the buyer and Ryan Swanson and J. Bischotberger of Lee &
Associates – Irvine represented the seller in the $11,700,000 transaction that
closed October 31, 2016.
