LLC and the buyer was the Winchester Equity Group, LLC. Travis Haining, Alton
Burgess and Ryan Lawler of Lee & Associates Newport Beach represented the
seller and Zach Niles of Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc. represented the
buyer in the $3,850,000 sale transaction that closed December 5, 2016.
