Mr. Barson, who joined Lee & Associates - Newport Beach in January 2014 after more than seven years in the Las Vegas market, has focused on retail investment sales and leasing in Southern California, completing more than $55,000,000 in transactions in his short tenure with the firm.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association of Realtors (NAR), Mr. Barson looks forward to expanding his investment sales business with the upcoming launch of his new investment team and website, with the goal of becoming a top performer in the Lee & Associates' network.
