The Newport Beach office of
Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in
North America, has named Chris Coyte, a 28-year CRE veteran, President and Managing
Director. Additionally, veteran CBRE broker Bob Goodmanson and his associate Brad Schneider have joined the
Newport Beach office.
Coyte, who has been with Lee & Associates-Newport
Beach since 1989, replaces Steve Jehorek, who stepped down as President after a
22-year tenure. Jehorek will remain with Lee & Associates as a Senior Vice
President.
“Steve set the bar high in leading our office over the
past 22 years. His administrative skill,
organizational expertise, and steady demeanor were critical factors in our
growth and success during his tenure,” said Coyte. “My role going forward will
be to use all the tools and systems Steve developed to increase our office’s
market share through aggressive recruiting, training our sales team, and
leveraging technology to maximize the market presence of Lee & Associates –
Newport Beach.”
A graduate of
California State University – Fullerton, he received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business
Relations. Coyte is also a member of AIR Commercial Real Estate Association.
Goodmanson, who has more than 36 years of commercial real
estate experience in Orange County, joins the office as a Senior Vice President
and Principal. In addition, Brad Schneider, who worked with Goodmanson at CBRE,
also has joined the office as a Senior Associate.
Goodmanson, who prior to joining Lee & Associates had
spent 33 years with CBRE Newport Beach where he left as a Senior VP, is an
expert in industrial and flex properties and businesses in Orange County. He
has represented more than 1,300 different landlords, buyers and tenants who
have transacted more than one billion dollars in consideration.
A graduate of California State University, Sacramento
where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a concentration
in Real Estate, he is a member of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association.
