Lee & Associates, the largest commercial real estate firm in North America, has completed a 10,661 SF Sale- located at 3017-3027 S. Halladay St. in Santa Ana, Calif. The value of the sale is approximately $2.2 million.

 The buyer had several units in an industrial multi-tenant building in Costa Mesa which were scheduled to be converted to residential units. With few choices in Costa Mesa, the buyer was forced to consider other cities like Santa Ana as an alternative to relocate his business and purchased this two-building industrial site to occupy and lease out a portion for income and future expansion.
