Six Points Management, LLC purchased a 28,078-square foot industrial building situated on 1.36 acres located at 2211 S. Susan Street, Santa Ana, CA from Jangie, LLC for $5,225,000.

The Buyer intends to increase the vertical warehouse clearance of the building by performing a “roof lift” as part of its building renovation prior to occupancy.
