Lee & Associates, the largest commercial real estate firm in North America, has completed a 24,599 SF Industrial/R&D Sale located at 11 Vanderbilt, Irvine, Calif. The value of the sale was approximately $7.1 million.

The buyer, in a 1031 exchange, considered only prime locations in San Diego, LA and Orange County. Ultimately, they chose Irvine Spectrum with a defense contractor tenant at a 5% CAP.
