Kevin Thomas of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach represented NN, Inc., an industrial manufacturer from Johnson City, Tennessee in their 77,313 SF facility at 9700 Toledo in Irvine Spectrum.  NN, Inc. considered several counties in Southern California and ultimately chose Orange County due to the proximity of other high image manufacturers.  NN, Inc. signed a 10-year lease valued at over $8.4 million.
