manufacturer of vape products, in its acquisition of a 19,271 square foot
office / warehouse building located at 3587-3589 Harbor Boulevard, Costa Mesa,
CA. The property, acquired for $5,087,544, will serve as JoyeTech’s US
headquarters and will enable JoyeTech to consolidate its four (4) existing
Orange County locations into a single location, as well as expand its sales force
and research and development capabilities. The property is well located
with excellent access to the San Diego (405) Freeway and excellent frontage on
Harbor Boulevard. The Seller of the property, Treichler Trust, was
represented in the sale by Wade Tift and Steffan Morris of JLL.
