is located at 4000 Arden Dr., El Monte which is a 10,594 square foot building
that is leased to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Jim Snyder and Patrick
Lacey represented the Buyer, Sukut Real Properties and Mark Shaffer and Doug
Mack of CBRE represented the Seller. The second property sold for
$8,500,000 and is located at 600-660 S. Placentia and 721-781 Kimberly Avenue,
Placentia which is a 31,369 Square foot multi-tenant business park commonly
known as the Placentia Corporate Center. Jim Snyder and Patrick Lacey
represent the Buyer, Inland Harbor.com, LLC and Blake Bokosky of Newmark Knight
Frank represented the Seller.
