Alton Burgess, Travis Haining and Ryan Lawler of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach represented the tenant, Sena Technologies, Inc., in the lease transaction. 

 Sena Technologies, Inc. expanded from 6,000 SF to the 29,000 SF at 152 Technology Dr., Irvine, Ca.  Recent product releases and a new partnership with SHOEI, provided the stability to make such a significant increase in space. 

 The new location will allow Sena a large customer showroom and development studios to further advance their products.
