Mike Long of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach represented Freeway Industrial Park in the $2,989,200 purchase of an industrial building located at 1375 N. McCan St., Anaheim, CA as part of a 1031 exchange.
The Seller, Dwyer Instruments, Inc., represented by Sean Ward and Keith Greer of CBRE, was the prior occupant of the property. Freeway Industrial Park will do a minor remodel and then lease the building to a new tenant.
