2940 E. La Jolla, Anaheim, a 13,254 square foot building, sold for $2,975,000 to Performance Powdercoat.  The building will accommodate an expansion of its existing operations, as well as recent increases in product orders.  The Buyer will partially occupy the divisible building immediately and, perhaps, expand into the remainder in the future.
