2940 E. La Jolla, Anaheim, a 13,254 square foot building, sold for $2,975,000 to Performance Powdercoat.  The building will accommodate an expansion of its existing operations, as well as recent increases in product orders.  The Buyer will partially occupy the divisible building immediately and, perhaps, expand into the remainder in the future.

 1837 Neville, Orange, a 11,200 square foot building, sold for $2,777,600 to GZS Holdings, LLC. Sean Ahern of Lee & Associates - Newport Beach represented the Seller, Michael Sitton Family Trust. The building and the property’s excess land provide a tremendous opportunity to create the ideal headquarters and adequate space for fleet management.
