The 17,635 square foot feee-standing office building located at 2495 Campus Dr, in the City of Irvine, sold for $7,847,575.  The Seller, 2495 Investments, LLLC, were represented by John Collins and Gary McArdell of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach. The Buyer, Santa Ana Unified School District, was represented by Jack Haley of Lee & Associates - Orange. 

 The seller’s received multiple offers and ultimately opened Escrow above with the winning buyer $5/sf above the asking price.  The Santa Ana Unified School District was the winning bidder because they paid cash for the asset and removed all contingencies associated with governmental approvals.  The SAUSD will convert the building into a Charter School to so that the new residents moving into the numerous mid-rise residential projects in Irvine will have a school close to their homes
