The 24,999 square foot Corporate HQ Industrial Property at 3001 Daimler St., in the City of Santa Ana, sold for $6,312,248. The Seller, Moshayedi Brothers, were represented by John Collins and Brad Schneider of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach. The Buyer, NK Max, was represented by Chip Wright of CBRE, Todd Swanson & Ryan Swanson of Lee & Associates Irvine.
The Sellers sold the building to a Korean Pharmaceutical manufacturing company. At the time of the sale, the Seller received multiple offers to purchase or lease the property. The Buyer was selected because they paid cash for the asset and closed within 45 days of opening Escrow. Prior to the sale, the Seller renovated the asset based upon recommendations provided by Lee & Associates – Newport Beach.
