The 26,749 square foot Corporate HQ Manufacturing Building at 14272 Chambers Rd in the City of Tustin sold for $5,500,000.  The Seller, Stein Holdings, was represented by John Collins of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach and Rob Rader of Windwater Realty. The Buyer, Arc Investments, was represented by Troy Wooton and Zac Fielder of Broadstreet Real Estate Group, Inc. 

The Buyer paid cash for the property and closed escrow within 35 days.  During Escrow, the Buyer was able to negotiate a long-term lease renewal with Plas-Ties, Inc. a tenant who has occupied the property since 2005.  The seller’s acquired the property in 2016 and this sale helped the buyer successfully implement their value-added sale plan.
