The 13,702 square foot Creative office building at 17871 Mitchell North in the City of Irvine sold for $4,995,000.  The Seller, Yocum Hamilton Investors was represented by John Collins of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach. The Buyer, 3329 Exposition Place, was represented by John Boyle of Midland Business Properties

 The property had three tenants.  The Buyer was selected because they were an all cash investor who wanted to retain the tenants and believed in the overall strength of the Irvine Creative Office market.  The Seller’s had dramatically improved the interior suites with creative finished that included, polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, private outdoor patios that connected the inside and outside spaces, etc. The Buyer opened and closed escrow during the Holiday season in less than 30 days.
