Jim Snyder, Pat Lacey and Will Greubel represented the buyer who plans on renovating the property and occupying a portion for its business.  The Seller was represented by Jordan Hershiser of Marcus & Millichap. 

The second property is an 39,848 square foot industrial flex building located at 1651 E.  Saint Andrew Place, Santa Ana that sold for $10,750,000.  This property is leased on a long-term basis and purchased by an investor that was represented by Jim Snyder and Pat Lacey.  The Seller was represented by John Collins also with Lee & Associates Newport Beach.
