Newport Beach Calif. – October 2020 - The 9,024 square foot office building located at 5140 Birch Street, Newport Beach sold for $3,950,000.  The Seller, EJ Egghart, was represented by Brian Garbutt and Richard bell of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach. The Buyer, Aloha Moon, LLC, was represented by Richard Sung of Newmark.

The Buyer intends to occupy roughly one-third of the building and retain tenants in the remaining space.  The property was placed on the market in August 2020, was in escrow within 3 weeks, and closed escrow in a total of fewer than 60 days.
