sold for $7,150,000 and is located at 18218-18228 Euclid Street, Fountain
Valley which is a 31,122 square foot industrial showroom building that is
leased to two Tenants. Jim and Patrick represented both the Buyer,
Concord Properties and the Seller SoCal OCREH I, LLC. The second property
sold for $5,793,840 and is located at 1840-1856 Carnegie Avenue, Santa Ana
which is a 25,060 square foot multi-tenant industrial building that is 100%
leased. Jim Snyder, Patrick Lacey and Sean Ahern represent
the Buyer, Sukut Real Properties and Jeff Bethel of Lee & Associates - Industry
represented the Seller, Port Street Partners.
